It is indeed a matter of regret and shame to inform the Railway Authorities that the much touted service provided has not reached the Kalyan Railway Station at Platform No. 4 and 5. Eg: A common person wanting to avail the toilet facility at Platform No. 4 and 5 at Kalyan Railway Station, has no option but to go to Platform No. 1. There is no use making extra-ordinary facilities, where even the basic amenities are absent at station like Kalyan. It is my painful duty to submit this request. Kindly, having regard to the daily density of the population at Kalyan, necessary amount of public latrines may be provided at Platform No. 4 and 5
