12th Jan. 2010 We obtained an internet connect with Airtel through the Balaji Communications Centre at Commercial House, Kalyani Nagar, Pune 411 006. After working well for 10 days the connection was abrupted terminated... having satisfied their needs regarding phtographs etc. we have repeated reminded them to re-activate the connection to no avail - arrogantlhy refuse to do it while making sweet promises... almost a month now that they just will not activate the connection.... Any help would be most appreciated and perhas others need to be warned of this sloppy business ethic. E.F.

| 1. For the organisation: |
Do you realize that an Internet connection can be a vital link esp. where business is concerned... If there is a genruine problem, why can't you intimate us and have it resolved in good time?

Ensure that you get good service and if possible unite with other victims and press for effective action

Can the Govt. authorities do somthing about arrogant behaviour like this?
