I had applied for the loan. The representative guided me towards the product which was undesirable. Also said that there are no long term loans available. Hence we refused to take the loan. He disbursed the amount but I did not allow him to put the cheque into my account. Still they started cutting the EMI. They cut it for 3 months. Then we requested to stop the cheques. and the complaint was forwarded to Barklays. After many follow ups they refunded those 3 EMIs. But Again after that they encashed next cheque of Rs, 87000/- approx. And now refusing to pay me back. Need your help.
