Illegal market has been formed By Vegetable and Fruit Association at Nagpada Near J. J Flyover. There has been an increase in nos. of Trucks brought in every day causing a nuisance to the residents. Also there are hundreds of unauthorised people (Hawkers) with Carts having no Licences entering the 4th peerkhan street (Nagpada) and occupying the area illegally. The tenants of the surrounding buildings are facing a threat of insecurity as these people sleep on the roads covering the lanes and building premises. The residents do not have proper parking place for their Bikes and Scooters. and when they ask them to remove their carts the residents have to face threats. These men are supported by some shopkeepers in the lane who are on rent. They not only sleep on the roads but also stack a lot of goods on the road and the BMC officials are doing nothing about it. Nor the Police is bothered as they are being paid a filthy amount of HAFTA. PLEASE DO NOT DENY THIS FACT. It is high time that the officials open their eyes and should take some serious actions against this nuisance. We are humbly requesting to the BMC E Ward Officials and Police (J. J. Marg) Officers to stop the Curruption and perform their tasks of serving the people and not behave as beggers and allow some fist full of jerks to overule them and missuse their powers.

This is the first letter of complaint we are submitting. Hope it reaches in the right department.

The Solution is simple. We are staying in a residential area and we have our right to protest for our well being and safety. So we want the nuisance to be taken care of immediately. And REQUEST the BMC and POLICE to Help and support us live a better life as we trust them and hope we will not be disheartend.
