Garbage Bin mosquitoes generated by K/E ward BMC due to non-removal of cut tree leaves/branches .

B: Details of complaint
1. Subject: Garbage Bin mosquitoes generated by K/E ward BMC due to non-removal of cut tree leaves/branches .
 
2. Period: 2009 - Jul
3. Details:
 On complaint of the Om Madhusadan CHSL to the Fire-Brigade (BMC) the BMC along -with the Police and concerned authorities of K/E ward BMC had cut the tree tilled on the building. But due to non removal by K/E ward B.M.C. Garbge dept the leaves, branches of the tree cut on Chitrakar Ketkar Marg Vile Parle (East) the Gabage bin Mosquitoes are generated. All the nearby residents are throwing their garbge in the said place . Please remove immediately before any untoward incident takes place for which the head of the concerned dept. along-with Asst. Commissioner K/E ward Mr. Dhakne shall be responsible as per the BMC Circular and MM Act.

5. Current status:

 Immeditely remove the decomposed foliage of the cut trees

1. For the organisation: Public Awareness in lieu to such problems by of releasing the circulars at govt. Press.
 
2. For the public:  - Nil -
 
3. For government: Accountability with M-51 Bonds (as applicable to Co-op. Hsg. Societies ) should be enforced to the Public Representatives as well as the concerned Officers deputed for immediate action.
