I had booked through my credit card and an amount of Rs.20000/- was charged to my CC in Oct,2008. I had to cancel the journey due to some unavoidable problems and informed the organisers well in advance in Nov 2008. They informed that they will deduct 10% and rest amount will be refunded . This amount will be 18000/-.After reminding them for several times they refunded only partial amount of Rs.5000/- . When reminded that they have to refund 13000/- more they said sorry they will refund soon. After repeated reminders after this they are not replying and sitting with the money for nearly over a month now.
