The COMMISSINER Sir, Gud morning,I'm Mrs.Gonsalves would like to bring to your kind notice that a fraud is comfortably cheating u under your juridiction earning Crores together cheating very very common helpless people. A karnatika post-graduate opened an office at Vashi cheating Maharashtrians all Indians.His modus of operandy-opening an office as a 'Aishwarya Seva Nidhi'marketing pvt ltd. posing as a social service worker giving a business opportunity issuing an interest free loan,collecting Rs.1500 per person asking us to make members like this to get commission interest free loan.He'll print 'New India Accident Insurance Certificate'in his office itself.He'll also print Holiday vouchers says"i've tied up with all the hotels in India-it's a package".Sometimes he deducts Rs.112 TDS Rs.124 TDS.Please check it in his commission statement. To cheat us he shows deducts the TDS issues ICICI paycards to get the commission on daily basis.But later he never gives the commission nor he will not activate our paycards.Like this he has cheated many college students,small-time employees housewives.If u question him he'll talk all underworld threatening languages.When we had asked for the TDS deducted certificates he says "I'd payed all the TDS money to IT dogs.You go collect there itself".Now we've no courage to fight against him nor coming asking you for TDS.Because of scarcity of money we wanted to earn little money from the company but this gentleman is looting Mumbai kars under your able administration. 1>Till March he had collected the money in his personal ICICI account -Shivaram Dharampal no.001405006646 eaten all the money in Crores cheating IT dept.He has many SB accounts to avoid IT. 2>Now he's operating through current account 'Aishwarya Seva Nidhi' marketing pvt ltd.ICICI account no.02280550029 once again he'll close the account before March 2010 to cheat IT dept poor investors. 3>His website- www.anidhi.com address
