AG is allotted an official car and allotted 25 litres of petrol per day. The present AG's wife is working in a IT industry and has a car which is always parked in the AG's office. A govt official driver drives the car of AG. But another person of this office is also used for driving his wife's car to and fro from her office. Added to that the petrol coupons of official car is used to fill up his wife's car daily and the office managers help him in this.

| 1. For the organisation: |
Subordinate staff should not dance to the tune of superiors. The official car's mileage should be logged in so that extra petrol is not misused
|
