 CWC is not a protected tenant as per Rent Control Law. This means that if they have taken your property on rent / lease, they must vacate as per the Act. They not only don't do so, but fight you in court, and will still not vacate even after a court order to do so.

 Not vacating.
 
6. Solution desired:
 They vacate.
 
7. Help needed: Whom to approach? Are you facing a similar problem with CWC or any other government tenant?
 
C: My Suggestions
1. For the organisation: Please follow laws, not abuse them.
 
2. For the public:  Don't rent out your premises to CWC. It does not matter how well-worded your agreement is.
 
3. For government: To tell govt organisations to follow the rules and not abuse their positions to create problems.
