1) The flood relief amount was distributed to people from the unaffected areas in order to build vote banks, as a result genuinely affected people either did not receive the compensation or received only part of the amount. Now for the agricultural compensation bribes are being demanded without which disbursements will not be done. The flood relief cash compensation, agricultural compensation, house repairs compensation and Indira Awas amount have been siphoned off or misused. Some are even demanding huge bribes and those who have not been able to bribe have not got the compensation till date. 2) For the recruitment of teachers Rs. 2 to 4 lacs bribe is being demanded from the candidates and most of them have paid the same too.

Ensure that genuinely affected people receive the aid and harassment for further bribe is stopped immediately. If the people retaliate openly they will be threatened or terrorized
