My customer ID is 3000385806. I got my connection on 14.02.2009 which was activated on 15.02.2009. Since then I am realising problems with my relation with Airtel Digital TV which are given as under:- 1) no account detail is available on my TV. 2)my recharge became due on 14.04.2009 but no reminder was recieved by me in this matter. 3)I was given free Maxi pack for 2 months. To continue my connection I went to my dealer on 14.04.2009 and requested for economy pack. 4)As the account details were not available on TV, I contacted its toll free phone number in the evening of 14.04.2009 when I was advised by some Mr. Shadab that economy pack will be available from 26.04.2009 as per billing cycle and the daily burn rate will be Rs.10.15p which is not correct and it should have been Rs.8.63p/day i.e. average of Rs.259/- pm.I was further advised that if I would had opted for upgradation of my pack it would have been done immediately. The Company's billing policy was never advised to me on or before 14.04.2009 by the dealer or Company's persons propagating for the digitaltv connection. In this connection, I would like to advise that I was given 2 months free Maxi pack with the connection as per Company's policy and not on my choice. Therefore, I should have been given economy pack immediately on my recharge on 14.04.2009 and not from 26.04.2009. 5)Also on 14.04.2009 I wanted recharge for one year but I was advised that recharge is available for Rs.500/-Rs.1000/- and so on and no discount is available on recharge for longer period as per Company's(wrong) policy. No recharge is available for a fixed period. 6) Today i.e.26.04.2009 all channels went off from my TV where a caption was/is appearing"this channel is not subscribed. Please contact toll free number 18001028080 or 0204018400(tolled)". At 10.15am I contacted to this number and I was advised by Mr. Satya Kumar to close the set-top box and TV for 30 minutes and to restart thereafter.

I can not see any channels on my TV despite of my payment. They are not giving any response.
