This is about high level of pollution due to excess emission of ash with smoke.

CSEB's Thermal Power Plant is emitting huge amount of ash with smoke from its chimney, and pollution control dept. has also gave green signal to the plant. There are other Thermal power plants around but they equipped their chimney with Electrostatic Precipitator to stop ash to emit with smoke. But CSEB has not provided any provision or they are not doing anything to control the emission of ash from its chimney. Local resident are suffering a lot. Ash is found every where in and out of the house in the utensils, bed, water pots. They are also suffering from respiratory eye diseases. Pollution control department is sleeping and not at all interested in listening to peoples. Black ash is everywhere around the area making worst place to live.

Atleast they should made a provision to limit the emission of smoke to minimum like other plants are doing around.

To control emission of dust particles usually companies install Electrostatic Precipitator.

It is the plant who should take initiative.

They have corrupt people in their respective department who hardly care for environment and people.
