We are having our Organization Bhandarshah Dargah Masjid Takiya Talim & Trust belongs to Class III Devsthan Inam Land Sanad of 1873, Belonging to Bhandarshah Dargah Trust at Bhawani Peth Pune 411042 . As property of Class III Devsthan Inam is a public property Comes under the Jurisdiction of Wakaf Board Aurangabad ( Maharashtra ) Sr no 386 Bhawani Peth, Pune 411042 comes under Bhandarshah Property the owner has manipulated the documents in the City Survey Office and become the holder of land and Made TDR in the name of M/s Overa Construction Having Partnership firm at Mangalwar Peth. As i am Trusty of this Trust as we have sued the owner of Mr. Abdul Latif Hakim & Family in the law of Court Wakaf Board have given interim injunction Order in Aug 2008 that illegal construction going on and we have launched the complaint in commissioner of Police & commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation but till today no action is taken , the same application is given to DCP , Police Station , Police Chowki, Pune Construction Dept in Pune Muncipal Corporation but till date no action is taken. As follow up of compliant with police with DCP Police ,Khadak Police Chowki ,Ramoshigate Police Chowki , as police is supporting the builder by thronging the words if this Property bel ongs to Wakaf board so bring the paper and proof us and we will look an anayalise the same matter .Although we have given the Wakaf Tribunal Order of Interim injunction but this Police department is not taking action to stop illegal activities that Construction work in this property in still is going by breaking the law and order that Tribunal Court Of Aurangabad has passed order to stop construction activities on the Wakaf property

Police is making a call to us by demanding to take out the Court Order Board from that survey no 386 Bhawani Peth Pune 411042 ,and still construction and painting is in progress by breaking the law and order court WAKAF TRIBUNAL AURANGABAD

|
To stop work as on going by breaking the law and order to and help us to maintain Public Property to be save and it should be used by the public purpose only .Pune Municipal Corporation Should not sanctioned the Plan of that property Card which belongs to Inami Property Because it comes under the Jurisdiction of Wakaf Board.

| 1. For the organisation: |
When Purchase of any Property ,property search should be taken by a good advocate that title of the property should be clear ,because if property belongs to Inam varg III (3) That means it belongs to Devsthan .If we found such property then we should not purchase because it belongs to public property Because in the Above matter that i detailed is the fact that All Govt Dept is involved in this matter .

| 2. For the public: |
Before purchase of any land or immovable property see that title is clear and mostly land near Dargah is Inami land or Karbrasthan Land Avoid to purchase such property

| 3. For government: |
Government should not sanction such plans that documents have conflict s and which does not comes under the jurisdiction of that Department. That legal dept should give response to complaints of public. People who dare to break the law and order of court legal action should be taken and punishment should be given to him .That breaking Law and Order is a crime by disturbing the peace
