I had purchased a wet grinding machine (LAKSHMI DELEX GRINDER) from Bala Murugan Enterprises, chembur in exchange for my old grinding machine. (Bill no 212 dt.13/08/06). After using it I found that the grinding was not proper. Because of this problem I have used the machine only 6 or 7 times in two and half years. I informed them and they attended the complaint. But even after repeated complaints during the waranty period they could not rectify the problem and kept on insisting that it will be rectified soon. Now after the waranty of 2yrs is over they have now stopped responding to my complaints. I paid Rs3800/- along with the exchange and now I have a machine which is useless.

| 1. For the organisation: |
I would request that the customers complaints should be attended and in case there is a fault in a supplied unit it is always better to replace it w ithin the gurantee/waranty period so that such inconveniences are avoided. Even contact details of original manufacturer is not provided.

Please ensure that the unit performs to specifications and not rely on promises that any faulty behaviour is due to first run and will be retified with regular use.
