Badly maintained Lifts (Otis) , unhygenic conditions on the floor, and staircases, No lights on stairs, or lifts,Lift buttons missing, roof missing - and broken floors. On complaint we are told by Otis that the Cidco has not made payments to them - hence they are unable to do any maintenance - On our part they take full Maintenance amount Vashi Infotech Park, Tower ( all towers) Above Vashi railway station new Mumbai Vashi
