hello, Yesterday (7th Dec 2008) I wanted to take auto to come back to my home at Vidyaranyapura from Big Bazzar ring road. One auto stopped by no. KA 17 3122 and the following happened : --- He did not accept to go in meter. --- He asked us to pay Rs.90, where as in meter it comes only Rs. 35. --- On asking why so high he started abusing --- I told him I will complain if you don't do a fair practice, but looks like auto drivers are very close relatives of police as the driver had no threat of police. It will be appreciated if a legal action is taken against this auto driver so that he is not harassing other people. MOREOVER, I would also like to add that none auto from Big Bazzar hebbal ring road comes in meter and they ask more than double charge for any area you go. The presence of traffic police has no affect on these auto drivers. The auto drivers will not go on correct price and will not allow any other auto to take the passengers at correct price. I hope a proper action will be taken against it !!!! Regards Dibakar Roy

TEACH LESSON TO THE AUTO DRIVERS AT BIGBAZZAR HEBBAL RING ROAD !!! Rate chart to be put in all the important places in the city which the cusumer can take reference. Also proper channel to be created where the complains can be launched and actions are taken.

CHANGE THE ATTITUTE OF POLICE WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO CONTROL THIS KIND OF SITUATIONS. WE DONT FIND POLICE IN THOSE PLACES WHERE THEY ARE NEEDED. MOST OF THE TIME THE PRESENCE OF POLICE DOESN'T HELP AND IT FEELS THEY ARE PART OF THESE OPEN ROBBERY OF CONSUMER'S POCKET !!!!!

Please make sure you know the rate what you should pay for certain distance of travel in Auto as you will find 99.99 % times auto drivers are cheating us. They dont have proper meter, they are arrogant, Law and order is bull shit for them.

IF ONLY 50% OF GOVT. EMPLOYEE STARTS WORKING FOR HALF OF THEIR SCHUDED TIME THEN THERE WILL BE A BIG DIFFERECE IN THE SYSTEM. IN THE SPOT I DID NOT FIND ANY POLICE PERSON WHOM I CAN TAKE HELP, IT WAS SUNDAY AND HUGE NO. OF PEOPLE VISIT BIG BAZZAR FOR SHOPPING. WE EXPECT AT LEAST ONE POLICE PERSON WHO CAN TAKE CONTROL OF THE SITUATION THE TIME WHEN THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED WAS ABOUT 2.30PM.
