 I have come to know from internet that NCPA, Nariman Point, Mumbai is hosting 2 shows of my late husband Sh.Nirmal Verma's plays Teen Ekant in its premises Experimental Theatre on 28th & 29th Nov.2008, organised by one Bombay Theatre Company. No permission has been taken for these from the sole copyright holder of Sh. Nirmal Verma's works, his widow, that is me, Mrs Gagan Gill. I have sent faxed complaints to the management of NCPA as well as DCP Enforcement,Mumbai Police under whose jurisdiction this falls. I urgently request you to help me in this ordeal and get justice.

5. Current status:
 No answer yet from anywhere including DCP Enforcement, Mumbai Police.
 
6. Solution desired:
 The unauthorised theatre shows of late Sh. Nirmal Verma's works on 28, 29 Nov 2008 at Experimental Theatre, NCPA, Nariman Point, Mumbai to be stopped.
 
7. Help needed: Can FIR be lodged on the basis of a fax or will one have to personally present? I need your help to formalise this complaint.
 
C: My Suggestions
1. For the organisation: Complaints of Copyright abuse should be registered from long distance as offenders often take advantage of their victims' inability to come down personally to the scene of offernce to take up their cause.
 
2. For the public:  If you want justice, don't hesitate to reach out, even though the justice may be far away.
 
3. For government: The law should be enforced effectively and anybody, whether an offender or a complainant, should be made to face the consequences of its action.
