to torture the citizens;to escape his duties;cic decided to abolish the decision review rule. Now no appellant can pray to topmost RTI agency to review its absurd/deficient decision. The CIC gave many defective decisions;including mine case. Now the cic can not be held accountable of errors in the decisions. Aggrieved citizen will have to go to Supreme court to find justice in RTI Act cases. What a bad fate of HOLY RTI ACT 05! All 120 crores citizens must try their best to save the RTI Act from dirty clutches of Bureucracy. We all must request to President of India; PM; Sonia Gandhi; Advani; Communists, etc to stop the bureucracy. Wazahat Habibullah of cic passed the 'bad' amendment on 20.10.08. This will ruin the holy rti act completely. All alert citizens must demand resignation from mr Wazahat.,chief of cic.
