Sir, I purchased a WAGAN-R DUO LXI in may o8, tomorrow is my 2nd service day in anand motar workshop chinaht,but during 2:00 pm 07/10/08 to 4:45 pm 08/10/08 the can't remove my problems . Problems- 1. Mr Sunil Gupta(GM) handil my Car & time to time he said me 1000/=,1200/=,800/=,2500/= for this part,for this part...... we will charge because this part has not gaurentee part so must you will pay, But when i said leave this part & further you contuning prosess then ansured sir iwill try & again he said this part changed WHATS YOUR COMPANY PROCESSER? at the end of service a part which cost Rs. 1400/= telling me by Mr Gupta when i am not ready for pay this,so he write in my job card the part is short in my stock. 2. I paid extra labour charges,but my cars is as it is . 3.Sir during 2:00 pm 07/10/08 to 4:00 pm 08/10/08 per two hour interwel he promisess me i delewerd full time i wait their,i complain to Mr. Ashish (head of service center),anybody are not helps me. 4.At when i mential tourchered by so i desided my car handover me with out wash.
