1. Subject: Complain Shri K. Amose, Draughtsman APWD missusing power of Human Right Organization Internatational
 
2. Period: 2008 - Aug
3. Details:
(1) Shri K Amose, Draughtsman misleading the Administration by depicting purported date of birth in his service records (
2) A case registered during the period against Shri K Amose for misleading the Electoral Authorities in respect of age in the year 1985
(3) At present, he is running Human Right Organization and International and blackmailing the Officer of A.P.W.D, Zilla Parishad, A.L.H.W and Municipal Council for miss-using the letter pad of Human Right Orgnization and International,
(4) He is asking money for cancel / postpond of the transfer by using the pad of Human Right Organization and International,
(5 ) Shri K Amose, Draughtsman asking all cable network (City TV, ACN, Sunshine, Sunshine Music) to pay Rs. 20,000 /- permonth otherwise he will use the letter pad of Human Right Orgnaization and international for which he have the power to cancel all the local channel and cabel line.

 (1) Matter is pending in the Ministry of Home Affairs (2) Matter is pending in the Office of the Prime Minister
 
6. Solution desired:
(1) Why the NGO is black mailing the Officer of A & N Administraiton,
(2) It is necessary that for grievances we do not have to pay money to NGO
(3) Why not Vigilance is come forward with proper intimation to local officer and local innocent public (4) Why NGO are forcing to cable network to pay money Rs. 20,000/- in A & N Islands.
 
C: My Suggestions
1. For the organisation: Viglilance inquiry to be done.
 
2. For the public:  We running our Cable Network in A & N Islands and not interested to give bribe money to any NGO and Officer
 
3. For government: Yes, if they interested
