Hi friends, If u r shopping at Big Bazar, better be careful of the following points as u might be robbed by this Big store at these points, 1. Be very careful to check when ur bill is prepared that none of the item r clicked twice by the as this will add same item twice in ur bill. 2. Be careful when any entry is made manual as the operator may forget to give u discount if any that may be attached with this product 3. Be very careful to take note for different free schemes that r advertised by Big Bazar in newspaper or at the floor. Many a times these product r not clubbed together with these free products thus u may miss them from collecting. In all above three way where u may be cheated, may be deliberate or human error of the staff, but ultimately u r the looser and store the beneficiary. Also one most important fact was noticed yesterday, when a friend of mine purchased 15 liters cane of Guinea groundnut oil, at the price of Rs 1475/- after getting a discount of 60.50 ps on MRP price of Rs. 1535. 50 via bill no. T22/18857 dated 4/10/08. To his surprise later on checking the same product, he found that the same product is freely available in market at the price if Rs. 1280. When I tried to make contact on his behalf with assistant floor manager Mr. Pravin on his cell no. 9892346174 and land line, first all attempts were made for not attending the call or making disguised appearances, finally when contacted he expects that another cane should be purchased for Rs. 1280 and than his senior will decide on the issue. It is a very highhanded method of tackling the issue since product is freely available at that price and price could be easily checked without making the actual purchased. I request u to investigate the matter and also warn all others to be very careful in making all future purchases from Big bazaar, as one may be cheated of his hard earned money under glamour of full page advertisements in all national newspapers about claims of having all products at cheapest price.
