I want to Volunteer...
Volunteering with an NGO is a great way of getting involved in your city.
Mumbai alone has over 1000 NGOs working on a hundred different issues, with
plenty of volunteer opportunities.
Do the following…
A few things to think through....
Please take a few minutes to think through the following: why you want
to volunteer, what you expect to get out of the experience, how much time
you can give and how often, what sort of work you would like to do (e.g.
Something completely different to your current skill-set?)
Being clear on these issues will help both you and the NGO in the volunteering
experience.
NGO are always in need of volunteers, so don't delay!
