Miscellaneous Existing Support Groups Writers 1) The Writers Wing.a creative writing support group for women . In our fifth year now, we meet every fortnight and do creative writing, vocabulary building exercises, creative games etc. We also choose a book each moEnth and discuss the same. We also invite experts once in a while and have workshops for the group. If anybody is interested in being a part of the group, then they can email us on writers.wing@gmail.com.
Regards, Reyna K Rupani Founder - The Writers Wing Emotional Support for Lifes Problems 1) Connect Ticket support group I am a member of the Connect Ticket support group,which was started by R.Sridhar,in the year 2000.It focuses on lending personal,emotional moral support to individuals,in dealing with their life's problems.It believes in the beneficial impact of generating positive energy through collective prayers by members of the group,which has been found to work miracles.
Many members also provide help and guidance in the event of hospitalisation, locating doctors,organisations,etc. For instance,when I wanted information on rental accomodation for a girl in Sangli,whose mother was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy in Tata Memorial Hospital,I sent out a request to the group.Within 24 hours,I had about ten mails giving me information with phone numbers,addresses etc. of possible places.There are spiritual healers like reiki masters,pranic healers among the group,who also send out healing energies for requests for help.
