 Complaint

 This is to bring to your kind and urgent attention that despite my repeated complaints about illegal construction at Pragati Chawl Rehavashi Sangh, Nath Pai nagar, behind Pancholi Hospital, 90' feet road, Ghatkopar (E), B.M.C officers have failed to carry out demolition of the said structure in question.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 I request to demolish the illegal structure as well as take stringent action against the local officers who have aided in this illegal construction activity.

 Response of Authority

  Six structures have been illegally constructed at the above spot. After my complaints notices under section 351 have been served regarding four structures. The remaining two have not been served notices. However the B.M.C 'N' ward officials in charge have been dragging their feet over the issue. They have been delaying action thus giving rise to suspicion over the complicity in the above matter.
