 unauthorized chicken shop.

 Complaint

 I the chairman of above mentioned housing society would like to have your kind attention regarding an unauthorised chicken shop which is existing at the building No 28 of our society. there is an continous exhaust of BAD & HAZARD smell from this shop, created an argumental situation among residents & managing committee of the society. Inspite of several intimation to the chicken shop owner(a licensee) as well as to the original owner of the shop there is no action, also we have made complaints to the MCGM, regardiong the fact in responce the INSPECTOR has visited the shop site, but there after what happen we are unaware. so, on behalf of all the affected & suffering residents of the building No. 28/A-B, I , the chairman request your goodself to please, immediately look into the matter, and do the needfull, so as to stop such a ever spreading hazard and unhealthy environment.

As the chicken-shop is hired from the original shop owner on leave-n-licence basis, please order original shop owner for an immediate change to some one who can run the shop with NON-POLLUTING activities and that to with the prior permission of the society.

 The inspector has visited the site, but there after what happen we are unaware, and no correspondence has been made from the MCGM.
