SATYA (Suggest Action to Transform Your Area) is an initative highlighting citizen complaints in their local area in Mumbai. Some filled forms are displayed below.

Help BMC to reduce problems of disease outbreaks, flooded areas, accidents, etc. by reporting problems of uncleared garbage, uncleared debris, choked storm water drains, rodents, unauthorised hawkers, encroachments, unauthorised construction, government property needing repairs, etc.

 Complaint

 sir, someone is using R.G.Plot no. 481, 2nd Road, TPS lll , Borivali west, for dumping of construction material. that plot belongs to two societies called, deepshal co op society and satyam shivam sunderam. this plot is reserved for garden and our society has developed it for children to play. he has broken the gate of the R.G Plot and made a slab on the foot path which is under BMC. he can not alter BMC footpath without the permission of BMC.EVEN HE CAN NOT BREAK THE GATE OF THE SAID GARDEN, WHICH BELONGS TO THE SOCIETY.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 immediately the unauthorised person should remove all the construction material form the plot, so children can play safely. HE MUST RECONSTRUCT THE BROKEN GATE OF THE PLOT.
