Sub: Unauthorized alteration/renovation of building flats Dear Sir, We are the resident of Regalia CHS, Deshmukh Residency, Opp. Ashok Van, Borivali (East), Mumbai-400066 and We want to bring in your notice about alteration done by owners in their flats. It was very horrible to listen the news about Lakshmichhaya building ( at Borivali West)collapse due to alteration done. Following members of Regalia CHS had done alteration in their flats with paying bribes(money) to managing committee & without any BMC/architect consultation. 1. A wing / 204 - Mr. Bobby Sethi 2.
