SATYA (Suggest Action to Transform Your Area) is an initative highlighting citizen complaints in their local area in Mumbai. Some filled forms are displayed below.

Help BMC to reduce problems of disease outbreaks, flooded areas, accidents, etc. by reporting problems of uncleared garbage, uncleared debris, choked storm water drains, rodents, unauthorised hawkers, encroachments, unauthorised construction, government property needing repairs, etc.

 I NEED YOUR GUIDANCE TO THE BELOW REFERED SUBJECT AND DETAILED IFORMATION,,, I AND MY FAMILY IS SUFFERING TO HARRASMENT AND NUISANCE OF OUR LANDLORD. OUR'S IS TERRACE FLAT, AND SINCE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN MANAGING THE SURVIVAL IN MONSOONS IN VERY BAD LIVING... LAST YEAR OUR CEILING WAS LEAKING HEAVILY DUE TO RAIN WATER.... WE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO BMC SINCE LAST 4 YEARS BUT IN VAIN.. THEY ISSUE REPAIR NOTICE EVERY TIME, AND JUST TO COMPLY WITH THAT NOTICES LANDLORD DOES SOME PLASTER WORK FROM SIDE OF BUILDINGS... HE HAS FILED CASES ON FEW OF TENENATS FOR EVICTIN, STATING REASON AS ADDITION AND ALTERATION.... NOW WE ARE SO MUCH HARRASED AND UPSET. WE ALSO APPLIED FOR MMC449 FOR GETTING REPAIRS DONE AT OUR COST, BUT NOW THAT LANDLORDS INTENTIONS ARE BAD, WE WANT HIM TO BE BOOKED UNDER SOME SECTION WHERE HE IS COMPELLED TO DO REPAIRS...

 WE SHALL BE EVER THANKFUL IF YOU CAN BE OF ANY HELP TO US.... MAJORITY OF TENANTS ARE UNITEDLY FIGHTING FOR IT. ALSO HE HAS TAKEN 20000 FROM US FOR REPAIRS WHICH ARE LEFT AS IT IS...
