 I, would like to get it to your notice about an ongoing jeopardy & bare unlawful happenings in the vicinity of DHARAVI, MUMBAI. It is with reference to slum rehabilitated Housing society namely NEW NEHRU NAGAR SRA CO-OP HSG SOCIETY (a fake society) bearing plot no 27 (part) Dharavi, Mumbai 400017. Some persons, illegally, claiming themselves as office bearer of the society, have taken the law in their hands, in the bare daylight they are doing whatever they want to do. Most of the flats & entrance of the society is altered & damaged. There are person, illegally & jeopardically claiming themselves as office bearer, doing whatever they want to do with reference to the above building.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 I, Strongly suggest to the related authority mainly MCGM & SRA official to visit the above site and get interact with the resident of the building. Also, please conduct & order an strict enquiry with reference to the above building No. 27, related to the NEW NEHRU NAGAR SRA CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY, whether it is a genuine housing society or a fraud one, construction, allotment of the slum rehabilitated flats as well as sellable flats, all the illegal & unauthorised interim construction work done and on the way, that carried out in the name of renovation, water supply facilities & arrangement, electricity supply and its arrangement, plumbing and sanitation facilities, open space and passage space , the unauthorised & illegal managing committee, some highly illegal happenings on the fifth floor of the building, entrance of the building.....etc and at last I suggest, book that all anti elements involved in the conspiracy. and demolish that all illegal & unauthorised developments raised by the latter leaving all law & administration at bay.

 Response of Authority

 Notice u/s 354A OF MMC ACT is issued to the latter vide online response dated 14.05.2007. but still all the nuisance is on its usual way. Still there are activities happening that leads to all that mentioned above.
