 Building is unsafe - issue rebuild orders

 Complaint

 A building in Vile-Parle(west), Mumbai, is found to be unsafe. Last month 2 slabs fall on the top floor of the building, endangering 2 lives. When analyzed it was found that the iron rods inside the walls/pillars have completely eroded. The building has gone through 4 minor and 3 major repair works in last 5 years. Even then, the building blocks fall apart. The top of the building is too weak and has started to erode and fall. Every year during rains there is lot of leakage, but society is not doing any proper repairs. The building secretary and committee are too lazy to think towards rebuilding the strength of the building structure. Society's secretary and committee is not at all active and not using the society's fund properly.  Please declare the building as unsafe and give an order to renew this building, that will force the society's committee to take some action. atleast give the order to society to rebuild the top terrace of building.
