SATYA (Suggest Action to Transform Your Area) is an initative highlighting citizen complaints in their local area in Mumbai. Some filled forms are displayed below.

Help BMC to reduce problems of disease outbreaks, flooded areas, accidents, etc. by reporting problems of uncleared garbage, uncleared debris, choked storm water drains, rodents, unauthorised hawkers, encroachments, unauthorised construction, government property needing repairs, etc.

 Room no. 44 on fourth floor has been converted into two units by demolishing slanting roof tops to flat tops. Increasing room space from 200 sq feet to 450 sq feet covering passage area into the room.

 Files from mhada are missing building plans are also missing demolish these illegal construction and file complain against landlord for supporting these illegal activities.
