SATYA (Suggest Action to Transform Your Area) is an initative highlighting citizen complaints in their local area in Mumbai. Some filled forms are displayed below.

Help BMC to reduce problems of disease outbreaks, flooded areas, accidents, etc. by reporting problems of uncleared garbage, uncleared debris, choked storm water drains, rodents, unauthorised hawkers, encroachments, unauthorised construction, government property needing repairs, etc.

Complaint	At Flat no. 3 & 4, EVA CHS, Juhu Tara Road, Santaacruz - West, Mumbai 400049, Mr. Haji Ahmed has converted a residential flat into a commercial property, which is not correct. As per BMC rules, a residential property cannot be converted into commercial use, in a registered co-operative housing society.
