 Encroachment of 11kv electric sub station

 Complaint

 Paranjapes had constructed 11 kv electric sub station following d.c.rules and fire safety rules 40 yrs ago. Shraddha builders have relocated this sub station encroaching on neighbouring plots and in violation of d.c. Rules and fire safety rules risking the lives and property of residents while redeveloping haripad society project on plot 126e, vile parle [east], parsi wada sahar road, 400099.Reliance company did not require relocation but builder with the nexus with corrupt mcgm officers hatched the plan of relocation without which the expansion of new building was not possible

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 Stern action under maharashtra fire prevention and life safety measures act 2006 [ maharashtra act no.3 of 2007] such as inspection, notice to builder and sealing the premises etc besides withholding completion and occupation certificates to the new building. Stern action under bmc act is also mandatory.
