Reg:    Unauthorised and illegal Construction (1^st flr 8 rooms) is in progress at compulsory Near patel house behind kothari jeweler store, halopur, dhobi ghat near ‘L’ Ward kurla (w) Mumbai - 400070 ; by one Mr.NADEEM;

                        Respected Sir,

Being too much aggrieved, I am making this complaint to you that I am the Land lord of the entire plot of land of C.T.S. 556 & SURVEY No. 145, and the abovesaid person Mr. NADEEM  is carrying out illegal and unauthorized construction at compulsory  at abovesaid address mentioned above, which is also part of my property, and due to the unauthorized construction, the access will be interrupted for public, however, in respect thereof, several complaints have already been made to your department, and on Hotline under Telephone No.1916, but, till now nothing is being done, complaints no 0720382273 and due to the unauthorized construction, my bonafide right is going to affect, therefore, it is humble request you to please take appropriate action in respect of the unauthorized construction which is in progress continuously since yesterday. Therefore, I am again requesting you to please look into the matter in the interest of justice, and do the needful to prevent the Unauthorised and illegal construction, Otherwise, I shall have no any other alternate except to adopt legal proceedings before the Honourable High Court of Judicature at Mumbai, under Public Interest Litigation in Writ Petition against your office at your total costs and consequences; which please Note.
