We all the tenants of the building wants to repair the building without any structural changes or without and FSI violation at our cost without the burden on the land lord whole building and the objection is landlord is not allowing to do the same repairs.

We want the B.M.C. to intervene and before the building collapse and all the tenants get buried inside the debris the action to repair to be initiated at the cost of the tenants and get the permission from the landlord to do so.
