Brief Subject	Demolition of Building Structure.No Alt Solutions.
Complaint	Grievence outcry received from legal old Tenements of Akshay Niketan Building, M.N.Road, Kurla(West), Mumbai - 70.Authorities say that said building is old and unfit to stay.No alternate provision is ma de to suitably accomodate decade plus old tenements from the said building.Inspite of continuous requests made by concerned residents to authorities, no heed is taken seriously and authorities demolish structure thereby causing inconvenience to concerned legal residents who have valid domicile of the said building and of the respective area and are also legal citizens to the State of Maharashtra and India.
Your Suggestion for a Solution	Kindly provide Repair Relief Measures and/or provide an Alternate Shifting (Temporary) to concerned legal residents of the said building without causing any inconvenience to them.

Response of Authority	NIL and No mercy to the said concerned legal residents of the said Building premises. No Alternate Arrangements are made in order to provide an amicable relief shifting(tentative) till a new builging structure is raised in favor of said tenements.Please initiate Justice,which is reliable and acceptable to Humanity.
