Complaint	It has been noticed that a flat in Colaba was being renovated and the flat was extended by using iron beams. It is believed that BMC stopped the work, but after some time the work resumed. Can it be presumed that BMC has given permission to extend the flat by means of beams and slabs and that anyone who wishes to do this can approach BMC and get it authorised?
