Complaint	One year back all gutter in area were closed. But before that they were not cleaned. In front of many building no paver tiles are being fixed nor rcc slab is casted. Than how the contractor recived bill /?
Your Suggestion for a Solution	Pl inquires about this subject .No final bill or retention money should given to contractor and quality of work to be verify as per tender.
