Complaint |
Sir, our area is b.m.c. property, how can private builder tresspassing and invoke resident for redevelopment of b.m.c. property. As per procedure if there is development then there must be a transparency. today many builders through local agent taking consent from resident giving 10,000 Rs. and resident also lack of knowledge giving consent to 1 or 2 buillders at the same time. Why B.M.C. authorities not ban these builders in bmc's own property? In our area, there are three builders and three different societies in which builders agent were members. They got monthly payment from builder then how can they fight for resident. So please give me proper guidelines to fight against these builders who are illegally tresspassing.

We complaint so many time about this matter but b.m.c. is ignore our complaint and did not taking proper action. Now we will meet commissioner about preventing these private builder ( display notice board about preventing private builders in b.m.c. property). |
