 I had made a complaint against illeg al construction at Ali Shramik Nagar by one NCP activist by name smt. Smamim Agvan who was having just one hutment at the same place before 1990, She now has four hutments in the same slum and all the four are rented out for migrants. After the complaint here, through karmayog, municipal officers had visited the place and had taken measurements of the place. The officer odered one local municipam staff person by name Bhoir to de4molish the structure as it was 18 ft high. But the husband of local corporator Anuradha Pednekar, namely one Mahesh Pednekar came on the spot and stopped the officials from taking action. Anuradha Pednekar is the Shivsena corporator and her husband takes undue advantage of his wife being the corporator and is belived to be extorting money on unsound grounds. This complaint is to bring the facts to light and also for quick action for safeguarding law and order in the locality.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 Municipal commissioner should be appraised of such attitude by the relatives of elected members of the municipal corporation. Such illegal practices should be prevented and also must be forwarded to police
