 Rampant illegal construction going on till date.

 Complaint

 This is to bring to your kind and urgent attention that despite my repeated complaints about illegal construction at Pragati Chawl Rehavashi Sangh, Nath Pai nagar, behind Pancholi Hospital, 90' feet road, Ghatkopar (E), B.M.C officers have failed to carry out demolition of the said structure in question. This activity is going on with full knowledge and connivance of local engineer and staff of 'N' ward, Ghatkopar.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 Requesting to take prompt action to demolish these structures at the earliest without any further delay. I also request to take strong action against the concerned officers who are involved in these  illegal construction.

 The assistant municipal commissioner ('n' ward) the deputy municipal commissioner (zone vi) the municipal commissioner.

 Response of Authority

 Several structures have been illegally constructed at the above spot. After my complaints notices under section 351 have been served regarding four structures. The remaining several structures have not been served notices till date. However the B.M.C 'N' ward officials in charge have been dragging their feet over the issue. They have been delaying action thus giving rise to suspicion over the complicity in the above matter.
