 Regarding defaulter members of our chs society.

 Complaint

 I, the chairman , mohiuddin khan , of nehru nagar vindeshwari chs. Would like to get it to your notice for appropriate strict action with reference to the defaulter members of our chs society. That, there are some members in our society, who are completely defaulters (list available with the society), though they with daring enjoy all the amenities of the society including water supply to their rooms, but for contribution towards this they did not pay anything since long back. Due to this defaulters, we are facing regular financial crunch on paying dues with reference to MCGM and others. Though we are any how manage to pay all the MCGM & others bills on schedule time.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 I, request you to please intervene in the matter and direct these non-paying and non-contributing defaulter members of our society for stringent action, so that these person can immediately pay all their past and present dues and not dare to be the defaulter again. Your kind attention and direction toward these defaulter members is most welcome and highly appreciateble. Suggest us what to do with this defaulter members. We hope for quick response and assistance from your side in the matter.
