We have already written to Karmayog our Form No. 12 and BMC Complaint No. IR96286247 dated 22.5.2007. We once again inform you that we had follow up with Building Proposal Dept. Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika, Eastern Suburb, about encronchment done by M/s. Sri Swami Samart has Developed and Laxmi Developers during redevelopment of building over the land situated at Nanepada, Mulund (East) Mumbai 400 081. Due this re development our society's road get encroached. We have just 7 feet road left and no vehicles such as Ambulance, Fire Brigade Van not able to move from this road. We had follow up with BMC from 2005 onwards. |
