 We have made numerous complaints to the BMC H Ward in the past but no action was ever taken against the illegal construction of Roshan House 130 Old Khar West. THe Landlord has made illegal shops and a 25 feet long structure without permission which is not permitted. Now he is constructing more shops besides this structure on BMC public lane. Why is the BMC silent even after so many complaints.

 The Whole Area of Old Khar West is full of unauthorized constructions. There is a No proper road due to illegal extentions on the 25th road of Khar West. The 20-30 feet road is now reduced to 5-6 feets. The Bmc should make an immediate check on the condition here and demolish all illegal constructions.
