Unauthorized activities in Hotel in our society

 Complaint

 Address:- Gokul Residency H-Building, Thakur Village Kandivali (East) Our society facing lot of problem because of unauthorised activities by Aamantran hotel in our premises. The hotel was closed for @two months because of persistent complaints from us to MCGM and Police. Recently the owner managed temporary license for 3 mnths Aug to Oct and now trying to get permanent license. He is after ENVIRONMENTAL dept and society to give license. Sh Kandhare & Golwalkar of environmental dept visited our premises and suggested necessary arrangements. But they have done temporary work and not up to the mark. The society members will have to suffer for that.

 Your Suggestion for a Solution

 Our request is if environmental dept issues NOC for the hotel, it shoiuld contain all the conditions that the hotel owner has to fulfill. The authority should not take action in prejediced manner. Kindly look into and let society members have peace of mind.

 Police has cancelled their license. R/S Healthe dept on RTI request has stated "Only foof preparation can be done, No serving of food, No other business allowed, no Pan shop allowed"
