Xavier Institute of Social Service Course: Post-graduate Diploma in Rural Management Brief details: This is a two-year full-time programme that is widely recognised by, among others, the AICTE, the Association of Indian Universities and by the Government of India for appointment to senior government posts. Any graduate can apply and selection is through the XLRI admission test (XAT) or the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by the All India Management Association.
