My Name is Navin Kumar Mohatta.I'm an Lic agent at Chennai City Br-10. Add:42,Anna Salai Chennai-10.My code No.1614731 at Br.10.I'm a small agent and I service my client through my house at No.8/New no 15,Perumal 2nd Street.,1st flr,Purasawalkkam;Chennai-600007,since I'm placed at Purasawalkkam area,I wanted to utilize the renewals of premium due for my clients even for my own business and some time the clients gives cheque for policy which he has take prior to me remitting at Lic City Branch-24 Add:No7,Purasawalkkam High Road;Purasawalkkam; Chennai-600007.Since its year end I required to make Lic renewals at Purasawalkkam Br.I have one lady assistant who went there last Friday that is 14/03/2008. at the above Br.They sent her back stating they can not collect other agents cheques she came back to my place and convey me this.I thought there must be some mistakes hence I conveyed her to go tomorrow again.Next day she went there, after standing in queue  when her turn came counter lady asked your are other agent Br not connected to this Br we will not take your cheques hence go away.She came of  and conveyed me,since it was a saturday time was lost for collection,I reqested Purasawalkkam Br Mgr on saturday about this he said pls come on monday.
        On monday my assistant again went to that Purasawalkkam Br to remit the 5no of renewal cheques.She was standing in the queue and her turn came and same lady asked her you are from other Branch agent she said yes than the counter lady replied I will not take your cheques pls meet our A.O.Than this time she called me and  I also visited that Br immediately.I asked the counter lady why are you not accepting my renewals cheques.why? She than told me I could take if you give me Rs.100/-(Rs.Hundred in cash).I asked her will you give receipt for this in order to claim this money from my clients.she said no receipt for this it is for you to save time and energy and earn more by doing business.I was shocked.I went to (A.O.(Administrative Offier) by Name Balu alias Balasubramanium).He also conveyed same thing go to your Branch or pay us the money.I went to Branch Manager His Name is Krishnan.He also conveyed that give money or go to your branch. He said It will save your time why not pay and go.I objected to this he said you can go don't waste my time.I tried to beg to them not to charge any money since I'm a small agent I said I don't have money.I pleaded and I said I will raise complain for this he said go I'm not worried I take care of above people.I again requested but they did not accept my request and sent me out.I tried to call my officer I had received massage that they are little busy they will call me later.I went to again that Branch at Purasawalkkam and saw this email Ids.Hence I sent you this email hoping that my plea will be heard and they will not charge money for small services.
Please please please do not charge any money and request them to accept my  renewal cheques.Please help me.
