B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident: 2010 - Feb
2. Services that were sought: My brother is BAMS and calle d for interview on 3rd feb 2010 for selection as Ayush chikitsa adhikari(ayurvedic)
3. Problem/s I faced: Interviewd properly on 3rd feb 2010, but came to know from reliable sources that director wants bribe for it.
4. Bribe amount: 2.5lakhs
5 a. Was the bribe paid? no
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? don,t know as right now result has not been declared
6. Result: I met with the help of a clerk to director, He assured me for my brothers selection for favour of 2.5 lakhs, ! lakh advance rest after selection

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1: Keep watch on the director other top level management, At the time of interviews the persons looking for giving bribe or any favour will definitely meet them.
2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1: I came to know from various sources that director is not directly involved in bribe but use mediators like a clerk Mr Ramsing contact no. 09826227002, who takes advance money of 1 lakhs from the candidates on behalf of director. you may use the same channel for further investigations.
3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1: Keep you eyes ear open and forward the valuable information about corruption to anti corruption dept.

 I am still not confident about the security system in india, by giving contact details I may not be safe
