5 a. Was the bribe paid? NO
5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how? NO
6. Result: Tender was extended to same existing Medical Store with New Open Tender
C: Additional Informtion attached
Details of Content: Current Chemist is there From last 6 Years No Open Tender is Done from that time Extended to same Medical Shop, which is a clear Example of Corruption.
D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1: It should be Open / Re-tender instead of Extended tender to same one, Rate list should be Displayed as all the Branded Medical Shops are giving 5-10% discount on MRP but this Shop is selling items on MRP.
Suggestion 2: Tender Commeette should consist of Anti Corruption member also.
Suggestion 3: No Extension of exiting tender as it lead to Loss of Govt. Fee. There should not be any entry of shop owner in the Admin Permises as they are making unfair link for their Benefits.
2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1: Kindly Check why it was Extended whereas it can be Open Tender.
3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1: Not clear
E: I am not ready to reveal contact details because
Too many known to me I don't want to blaim them Directly.
