B: My Complaint Details
1. Period of incident:	2009 - Dec

2. Services that were sought:	Miscelllenous Passport Services - eg: Police Certificate Clearance

3. Problem/s I faced:	Passport office limits only 160 applications per day for Miscelleneous services. Tokens are issued early morning. A lot of black market sell tokens for Rs.1500 to Rs.2000. Normally 50% of the tokens are allocated to black marketeers.

4. Bribe amount:	We have waited for 10 days each time for 4 hours and had to go back since tokens were not available.

5 a. Was the bribe paid?	No.

5 b. Could the work have been done without paying the bribe? If so, how?	Wait for ever.

6. Result:	None. Let us see what posting this will do.

D: My Suggestions
1. For head of government department:
Suggestion 1:	Allow people to submit applications through out the day.

Suggestion 2:	Post information on required docs and forms on the internet for application for any miscellenous services.

Suggestion 3:	Post information on how many application are disposed by the department each day.

2. For the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) / Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI):
Suggestion 1:	Have CBI team eye the guys issuing tokens

Suggestion 2:	Have govt agencies list all grievances on their site for everyone to view.

3. For other citizens:
Suggestion 1:	I think everyone who experiences should voice their greivences.
